• Recipients and Purposes of Transferring Processed Personal Data: Your processed personal data may be transferred to service providers, individuals or private legal entities, business partners, authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, law firms/attorneys, accounting firms/tax advisors, banks, advertising agencies, IT specialists, database providers, and backup and recovery experts, for the purposes mentioned above, both domestically and internationally.

• Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Your Personal Data: Personal data is collected through verbal, written, and electronic methods (including automated methods and cookies) such as paper, email, verbal communication, phone, mail, USB drives, WhatsApp, and social media, based on legal grounds specified in Law No. 6698, including explicit provision in laws, contract establishment or performance, legal obligation of the data controller, establishment, use or protection of a right, legitimate interests, and explicit consent.

• Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection: Everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and request the following: a) Learn whether personal data is processed, b) Request information about personal data if processed, c) Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, ç) Know the third parties, within or outside the country, to whom personal data is transferred, d) Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, e) Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions specified in Article 7, f) Request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data to third parties to whom it has been transferred, g) Object to a decision resulting from the exclusive analysis of personal data by automated systems, ğ) Request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of personal data.

 

Requests can be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Board. Requests will be answered free of charge within the shortest time possible and within thirty days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged as per the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the request is accepted or rejected with an explanation, the result will be communicated to you in writing or electronically. If the request is accepted, the necessary actions will be taken. If the fee is charged due to an error on the part of our association, it will be refunded.
