M. Halis ERTAŞ - TR M. Halis Ertaş, 1980 yılında Antalya'da doğmuştur. Lisans eğitimini Akdeniz Üniversitesi'nde tamamlayan Ertaş, Eskişehir Anadolu Üniversitesi'nde Fitoterapi üzerine yüksek lisans yapmıştır. Akdeniz Bölgesi'nin tıbbi bitkilerinin zenginliği ve yöre halkının bu bitkileri geleneksel yöntemlerle üretme ve kullanma alışkanlıkları, onun bu alana olan ilgisini derinden etkilemiştir. 23 yaşında tıbbi ve aromatik bitkiler sektörüne adım atan Ertaş, sektöre ilk olarak uçucu yağ ve sabit yağ üretimiyle giriş yapmıştır. M. Halis Ertaş, sektördeki çalışmalarına üretici olarak başladığı ilk günden itibaren kesintisiz bir şekilde devam etmiş, ülkemizde bu sektörün gelişimini desteklemek amacıyla birçok derneğin kuruluş ve faaliyetlerinde aktif rol almıştır. Ayrıca, tıbbi ve aromatik bitkilerin ülkemizde geleneksel tüketiminin yanı sıra bilimsel çalışmalarla da tanınması için akademik alanda da çalışmalar yapmıştır. Yerel ve uluslararası birçok etkinlikte yer alarak Talya markasının yurt dışında da tanınmasını sağlayan Ertaş,2016'da Amerika'da Talya Herbal LLC şirketini kurarak şirketin yurt dışı satış operasyonlarını başlatmıştır. Halen, Talya markasının Türkiye ve Amerika'daki şirketler grubunun Yönetim Kurulu'nda aktif görevini yürütmektedir. M. Halis ERTAŞ - ENG M. Halis Ertaş was born in Antalya in 1980. He completed his undergraduate education at Akdeniz University and pursued a Master's degree in Phytotherapy at Eskişehir Anadolu University. The richness of medicinal plants in the Mediterranean region and the local population's traditional methods of producing and using these plants deeply influenced his interest in this field. At the age of 23, Ertaş entered the medicinal and aromatic plants sector, starting with the production of essential and fixed oils. Since the first day he began working as a producer, M. Halis Ertaş has continued his efforts without interruption, actively participating in the establishment and activities of numerous associations aimed at supporting the development of this sector in Turkey. He has also conducted academic work to promote the scientific recognition of medicinal and aromatic plants in addition to their traditional use in the country. By participating in numerous local and international events, Ertaş has contributed to the recognition of the Talya brand abroad. In 2016, he established Talya Herbal LLC in the United States, initiating the company's international sales operations. He currently holds an active role on the Board of Directors for the Talya brand's group of companies in Turkey and the United States.

Orta ve Lise Öğrenimimi İstanbul’ da tamamladım. 2002 yılında Akdeniz Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi Kimya bölümünden ‘’Kimyager’’ olarak mezun oldum. 2004 – 2007 yılları arasında Marmara Üniversitesi Organik Kimya Anabilim Dalında ‘’Kimya Yüksek Lisansı’’ nı tamamladım. Hemen ardından 2007 – 2009 yılları arasında Maltepe Üniversitesi İşletme Fakültesi’ nde ‘’İşletme Yüksek Lisansı’’ nı (MBA) bitirerek mezun oldum. Aynı zaman zarfında 2004 yılında başladığım çalışma hayatım da 2018 yılına kadar aynı üretim firmasında , üretim, ar-ge, kalite-kontrol, kalite yönetim sistemleri, satın alma, pazarlama ve müşteri ilişkileri ile fabrika yönetimi konularının her birin de görev alarak tecrübe ve bilgi birikimimi geliştirdim. 2018 yılında kurulan, kurucu ortağı olduğum RK Kozmetik ve Hijyen Ürünleri San Dış Tic A.Ş. de Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı olarak çalışmaya devam etmekteyim. Fuat ARSLAN - TR EĞİTİM 1975 Ankara da doğdum aslen Sivaslıyım, ilk orta, lise eğitimimi Ankara da tamamladım. 1993 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi Kimya bölümünü kazandım. 1997 yılında üniversiteden yüksek dereceyle Kimyager olarak mezun oldum. Kimya, Gıda, İlaç ve kozmetik alanında birçok sertifikasyon eğitimlerine katıldım. Kongreler, Fuarlar vb farklı etkinliklerde ve Kozmetoloji, İlaç, Kimya sektörü ile ilgili birçok farklı eğitimlerde, seminerlerde yer aldım. İŞ HAYATI Üniversiteden sonra plastik firmasında 1 yıl Üretim biriminde çalıştıktan sonra askerliği asteğmen olarak yaptım. Askerden sonra sırasıyla Yenişehir Laboratuvarı ilaç üretiminde üretim ve kalite kontrol birimlerinde, sonra Evtem temizlik ürünlerinde üretim sorumlusu olarak çalıştım. Evtem firmasından sonrası Melisa kozmetik firmasında üretim müdürü olarak çalışmaya başladım. 2002 yılında evlendim ve iki erkek çocuğumuz dünyaya geldi. İlk firmamı 3 kişilik bir ortaklık yapısıyla temizlik ürünleri üzerine kurduk. 3 yıl temizlik ürünleri alanında kendi formülasyonlarımızı ve markalarımızı üretmeye devam ettik. Kendi firmamız olan AKS KOZMETİK firmasını 2006 yılında kurdum. Kozmetik sektöründe üretim yapan bir firma olarak Ostim organize sanayi bölgesinde üretime başladık. Sonraki yıllarda medikal ve hijyen ürünleri de üretmeye başladık. Öncelikle ağırlıklı olarak Private Label imalatlar üzerinden ilerledik. Kendi marka yatırımımızı 2009 yılında Mineaderm markası ile yaptık. Ardından diğer markamız olan Etesia markasını 2011 yılında üretmeye başladık. Uzun yıllar 100’den fazla farklı markalara hem proje anlamında hem de tüm üretim süreçlerinde destek verdik. Türkiye’nin güçlü ve lider markalarının doğuşunda, formüle edilmesinde ve üretilmesinde önemli projeler ürettik. Fuat ARSLAN - ENG EDUCATION I was born in Ankara in 1975 and am originally from Sivas. I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara. In 1993, I was admitted to the Chemistry Department of Ankara University Faculty of Science. I graduated with honors in 1997 as a Chemist. I have participated in numerous certification trainings in Chemistry, Food, Pharmaceuticals, and Cosmetics. I have also been involved in various congresses, fairs, and seminars related to the fields of cosmetology, pharmaceuticals, and chemistry. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE After graduating from university, I worked for a year in the production department of a plastics company before serving as a second lieutenant in the military. Following my military service, I worked in production and quality control at Yenişehir Laboratory in the pharmaceutical industry, then as a production manager at Evtem cleaning products. I later joined Melisa Cosmetics as a production manager. In 2002, I got married, and we have two sons. I established my first company in the cleaning products sector with a partnership of three people. For three years, we continued to produce our own formulations and brands in the cleaning products field. In 2006, I founded AKS COSMETICS. We began production in the Ostim Organized Industrial Zone as a company producing cosmetics. In the following years, we expanded into medical and hygiene products. Initially, we focused primarily on private label manufacturing. We made our first brand investment in 2009 with the Mineaderm brand, followed by the Etesia brand, which we started producing in 2011. For many years, we supported over 100 different brands in both project and production processes. We have played a significant role in the development, formulation, and production of Turkey’s leading and powerful brands. We continue to produce innovative cosmetic and medical projects with our strong brands at our new factory in the Ankara-Saray Organized Industrial Zone, which holds certifications such as GMP, 13485 Medical Device Certification, and Sedex. We strive to fulfill our responsibilities to the environment and our country through various social responsibility projects. With our own brands, we export to 14 different countries and, with our private label brands, to more than 50 countries, exporting innovative cosmetic and medical products produced at our facility to many parts of the world. I have played an active role in the establishment, development, and growth of the Cosmetics Manufacturers and Researchers Association (KÜAD). Since its founding year, I have been a member of the Board of Directors and have actively participated in many committees. For the past five years, I have served as the Congress President and the Chair of the Congress Organization Committee for the International Cosmetics Congress, the largest sectoral organization in Turkey. Oktay’ın 30 yılı aşkın deneyimi içinde Makina Kimya Endüstirisi (MKE) Pirinçsan A.Ş., Elginkan Toğluluğuna bağlı olan Valfsel, Eczacıbaşı Holdinge bağlı Artema ve son olarak da Entekno sayılabilir. Entekno yanında iki farklı teknoloji ve İnovasyon firmasının da kurucuları arasındadır. 2009’dan bu yana Entekno firmasının CEO’luğunu yürütmektedir. 2015 yılından bu yana da şirketin ortaklarındandır. Proje Yönetimi, Teknoloji ve İnovasyon yönetiminde güçlü bir deneyime sahiptir. Gerek Ulusal gerekse Uluslararası projelerde pek çok projede yürütücülükleri yapmıştır. Oktay is a professional with many years of industrial experience and holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science. Throughout his career of over 30 years, he has worked at various companies, including Makina Kimya Endüstrisi (MKE) Pirinçsan A.Ş., Valfsel (a subsidiary of Elginkan Group), Artema (a subsidiary of Eczacıbaşı Holding), and more recently, Entekno. In addition to Entekno, he is also one of the founders of two different technology and innovation companies. Since 2009, he has served as the CEO of Entekno and has been a partner in the company since 2015. He has strong experience in Project Management, Technology, and Innovation Management and has led numerous national and international projects. Oktay is an ACC-accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also actively involved in the Climate Change Collaboration Platform (CCA) in Turkey, which brings together coaches from around the world to address climate change.
